I had to wait 30 mins for my appointment to start and then the stylist took over a hour to cut my hair. Worst thing I had to go somewhere else for the cut to be fixed.

they listen to you,consultations are free,very trendy salon,stylists are down to earth and they rock when it comes to hair!!!
